Our position tuning was since 1999 with the establishment of our firm, T. H. Kuan & Co. and since then, we have trained and gathered a pool of qualified and long service professionals as our platform catering the needs for different level of business attention.

In conjugating our position for the provision of varieties in needs and requirements, we have accorded the registration of our firm as member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission, Labuan Financial Services Authority, a registrant of the Audit Oversight Board of the Securities Commission Malaysia and our registration as a member with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (“PCAOB”) of the United States through a separate practice name within the umbrella of T. H. Kuan & Co..

Along our journey, our positioning was not only confined to the local market but was further extended with the establishment of the Alliance of Inter-Continental Accountants (“AicA”) to cater for cross-border needs within the East Asia Pacific Region which include but may not be only limited to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Xiamen, Shanghai and Shenzhen of the Peoples’ Republic of China, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh of Vietnam, Fukuoka of Japan, Taiwan, Singapore and Jakarta of Indonesia.

The increasing demand in the varieties of business needs have also drawn us to closely associate our firm with a number of local panels of professional in the field of legal, financial planning and valuation of intellectual and real property.
